- We train and coach your internal finance team to prepare the information required;
- We review the planning information with you to ensure that it is coherent and consistent with your strategic direction and business vision;
- We challenge you and your team on areas where you may be able to improve performance;
- We often run one or two structured workshops at key budget preparation times, in order to speed things up, get all available brain power on the work and increase buy-in from key managers.
