How Do We Do That?
- Guide, mentor, coach and manage your internal Finance and Accounts team, teaching them good habits and motivating them to help and support you in achieving your business vision;
- Be a point of contact for your internal Finance and Accounts team, in case they need immediate help with anything between site visits;
- Review the make up of the Finance team and discuss with you any changes and actions necessary, and assist you in carrying out these actions (we have a wealth of contacts in the Finance and Accountancy recruitment scene);
- We may be able to develop and run “Finance for Non-Financial Managers” courses (either inclusive in the programme or at additional cost);
- Review the accounting software that you use and discuss with you any changes and actions necessary, and assist you in any changes agreed.
